Car Showroom and Service Station
An area located in the city center was developed into a car showroom.
The tall residential buildings surrounding the lot were a factor in the design. The building shape needed to be attractive both from a bird’s eye view as well as from the street. A level difference in the parcel was used to hide a part of the building in the slope. The plan was to blur the line
between building and landscape so cast-in-place concrete was used both for the structure and outdoor communication routes.
