This house was designed with a small, musical family in mind. One of its main features is a small rehearsal/concert space with a recording studio. Located on the main floor, it is large enough for chamber concerts.
There is a pantry and a gym on the basement level. The main floor serves daily functions – living room, kitchen, dining room, and bathroom with a shower. There are two bedrooms and a study on the second floor. The roof and southwest elevation are covered by grass and plants to blend with the topography. The house is hidden from the street because of the slope. Large windows on the main floor provide a wide open view to the outside. Also located on the southwest side are a terrace and pool. The gym and pool are separated by a window with special glass. The rest of the house elevations incorporate long wooden elements.
